• Almonds – 200g

  • Water – 50g

  • Granulated Sugar – 120g

  • Glucose – 50g

  • Dark Chocolate – 20g


  • Lightly Roast the almonds over medium flame

  • Boil the water with sugar and glucose, to 130 degrees

  • Pour the mix into the warm almonds and continue cooking until it turns brown

Cool and grind

  • Melt the chocolate and mix with 250g of prepared praline

  • Pour the chocolate mix into molds

  • When set, fill the praline and chill

  • Finish the process with milk chocolate and let it cool
